I began my love of photography in my father's basement darkroom as a child in the 40s. My first "real" camera was an Argus C3 that was given to me by my dad. In the early 70s I purchased a Nikon F2AS and have been shooting Nikons ever since. I'm currently shooting only digital and recently moved up to a D300s.

At present I send out an image each weekday, accompanied by a bit of narrative, to a free mailing list titled The Daily Image. Contact me directly if you think you'd like to be added to the mailing list. It is a lot of fun to be able to share my work with others on a regular basis. It is also the basis for a new table top book which I hope to have published later this year.

I also provide very high quality greeting cards made with an image of your choice from any image in these galleries. Contact me directly if interested.
